Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will give you total command over your mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can set up a new email box in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward mails from one email mailbox account to another, finetune email filters, create autoresponders and secure your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email mailboxes against spam email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages based on specific criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Just select the e-mail account you wish to redirect messages from, then specify the destination e-mail box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the email client of your choosing to access your e-mail box accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you would like to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
